Thank you for shopping with Only Packs. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, product releases, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, delivery location, and order size/weight.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping offer will be shown clearly on our website or at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, public holidays, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

6. Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, your order may be shipped once all items are available.

If you would like available items shipped separately, please contact us before placing your order. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Release dates and supplier delivery dates may change. We will do our best to keep customers updated if there are delays.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible at contact@onlypackstcg.com.au.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are managed by the carrier.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@onlypackstcg.com.au, and we will assist where possible.

For damaged parcels, please provide photos of the packaging and damaged items within [7 days] of delivery.

9. Delivery Issues

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with:

- Other people at your address
- Your local post office or collection point
- Nearby safe places around your property
- The shipping carrier
